What am I ordering?
A customer-installed accessory kit for the original Codex Micro 13-key layout. Each kit includes custom keycaps, replacement shell parts, screws, rubber feet and installation tools. The Codex Micro device and electronic components are not included. Launch images are concept renders; final color, texture, legends and minor construction details may change after engineering and sample review.
How does the 100-set production goal work?
All 24 launch styles share one combined goal of 100 valid paid sets. Cancelled, refunded, test and unpaid orders do not count. Tooling, sample verification and production preparation begin after the combined goal is reached. Read the full pre-order rules.
When will my pre-order ship?
There is no guaranteed delivery date at launch. Production timing is announced after the 100-set goal is reached and production samples pass verification. Material schedule changes are shared by email.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
You may request cancellation before tooling begins. After tooling or production begins, made-to-order pre-orders are normally final except where applicable law requires otherwise or an item arrives defective. See the refund policy.
Where do you ship?
Tracked shipping is available to supported countries and regions. Available services, rates and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. See shipping and returns.
What is the return policy?
Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Contact AUKUPLUS before returning an item. Return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How do I check compatibility and install the kit?
The kits are designed around the original Codex Micro 13-key layout. Final fit is verified with production samples before fulfillment. Follow the guide supplied with the finished kit and never force a part into place. Review the compatibility and installation guidance.
Are the product images final?
No. Launch images are design visualizations. Final colors, materials, legends and fit are confirmed against production samples before production approval and fulfillment.
