Shipping & Returns

Worldwide shipping

AUKUPLUS plans to ship worldwide using tracked delivery. Available services, rates and estimated transit times are shown at checkout where supported. Pre-order items ship only after the launch threshold, tooling, sample approval and production are complete.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, VAT, customs charges and carrier handling fees may be collected by local authorities or the carrier and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Returns

Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled before tooling begins. After tooling or production begins, made-to-order items are normally final except where applicable law requires otherwise. If AUKUPLUS cancels a project, affected orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
