Pre-order cancellations

You may request cancellation of an AUKUPLUS pre-order before tooling begins. After tooling or production begins, made-to-order pre-orders are normally final except where applicable law requires otherwise or the item arrives defective.

Cancelled projects

If AUKUPLUS cancels a project, affected orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns after delivery

Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before returning an item. Return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damage, defects or incorrect items

Email terry@winknio.com promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will assess replacement, repair or refund options. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
